Our office with the same setup but the hyperlinks work fine on that PC, but this PC has IE 10. I had to downgrade from IE 10 because a certain banking application was not compatible with IE 10.

Running Windows 7 Home Basic, Office 2010, Norton Internet Security 2012 on a Dell XPS 5050 laptop. It seems as if Internet Explorer is blocking any direct link from Outlook 2010.

I have tried disabling the antivirus software and also setting the program defaults. Up Outlook 2010 and then click on the hyperlink, the web page seems to open up.
